Introducing Myself

Hi, I’m Tom. I’m a Guitarist, Composer and Performing Artist based in the Leicester area.

This is my blog. I’ll be posting a variety of educational articles here, dealing with everything from Guitar technique to Song Writing and applied Music Theory.

I’ve been playing for over 10 years, composing for around 5, and teaching for almost 2. I specialise in rock, pop and metal, although I’m well versed in most popular styles. I have a strong working knowledge of theory, both as it applies to the guitar and to performance and composition in general.

If you’d like me to cover a topic that you can’t already find in my archive, feel free to contact me and put in a request. I also offer 1 to 1 Guitar tuition in person (Leicester area only), or over Skype (£10 per hour).
